Low E II Glass
Our standard Low E II glass is designed to maximize your home’s thermal efficiency year-round. Designed for “low emissivity” (thus the name Low E), our Low E glass is accompanied by the Roman numeral “II” because it has been coated twice with microscopic metal or metallic oxide layers. As a result, it demonstrates high solar heat reflexivity and can block up to 84% of UV rays to reduce fading and damage to your upholstery and carpet.
LoĒ³-366 glass is engineered to perform and excel in areas with high solar exposure. This premium option maximizes light and visibility, while blocking up to 95% of the sun’s damaging UV rays. Our customers love LoĒ3-366 for its superior energy efficiency and unmatched durability.
Tempered glass has undergone controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its durability and toughness. Available in both Low E II and optional LoĒ³-366, Marvin’s tempered glass option not only dramatically increases in strength, but also greatly decreases the likelihood of breakage and other common window damages. This option is especially desirable if your windows are constructed close to the floor or located in high-traffic areas.
As its name suggests, obscured glass is designed to promote personal space and privacy. By using opaque glazing to obscure your dimensions, you will end up with a unique window that not only eliminates visibility, but also improves the ambiance of your window and overall design. Your living space will be reserved for your pleasure. This great option is available on both Infinity’s Low E II and optional LoĒ³-366.
